Payment deadlines for tuition and accommodation fees

Learn how to pay your fees on time and avoid possible charges or sanctions.
Payment instalment plans for 2026-2027 will be available to set up from mid-June 2026. You must have made payment or set up an instalment plan to be able to complete matriculation.
Tuition prepayments, scholarships and awards
Prepayments are not automatically deducted from your tuition fees. Calculate your tuition fee amount minus prepayment and, if you are paying by card, overwrite the amount given in the tuition fee box on the , or use your newly calculated amount for .
If scholarships have been set up, they will be automatically deducted from your displayed tuition fee for card payments. If paying by bank transfer, please ensure you enter the remaining tuition fee value after deducting any prepayment or scholarship.
Accommodation scholarships and awards
You can apply specifically for awards and scholarships which can be used towards accommodation costs and you may be able to request that the amount of the award be automatically deducted from your costs. Information should be provided in your award letter.

Undergraduate tuition

January start:
- 50% by Monday 18 January 2027
- 50% by Tuesday 9 March 2027
4 instalments
September start:
- 25% by Monday 7 September 2026
- 25% by Tuesday 3 November 2026
- 25% by Tuesday 12 January 2027
- 25% by Tuesday 9 March 2027
Undergraduate accommodation
Pay in full
- Monday 7 September 2026
2 instalments
September start:
- 50% by Monday 7 September 2026
- 50% by Tuesday 12 January 2027
3 instalments by recurring card payment plan
Payment is not collected at setup. Payments are collected after receipt of maintenance loan payment or payments from Student Loans Company according to the following dates:
- 30% by Wednesday 7 October 2026
- 30% by Thursday 7 January 2027
- 40% by Wednesday 7 April 2027
4 instalments
September start:
- 25% by Monday 7 September 2026
- 25% by Tuesday 3 November 2026
- 25% by Tuesday 12 January 2027
- 25% by Tuesday 9 March 2027
Postgraduate tuition
Pay in full
- Before the start of your academic year
2 instalments
- 50% before the start of your academic year
- 50% six months after your first instalment
3 instalments by recurring card payment plan
