Cancellation Policies

All participants are required to manage workshop registrations and cancellations exclusively viaMy training record.泭

Where a workshop is due to start in less than 24 hours, participants must notify the administrative team directly. Failure to cancel or to notify the team within this timeframe will result in the booking being recorded as Did Not Attend.

Participants are expected to cancel as soon as they are aware of non-attendance to enable reallocation of places and effective resource planning.

Repeated non-attendance without cancellation, or frequent last minute cancellations, may result in being placed on a waitlist for future workshops. Priority for future bookings is given to participants who attend regularly and manage their bookings responsibly.
