A minimum of 30 credits must be completed in each year of study.To complete in TWO years, select: 60 credits in Year 1, this must include: Explaining Terrorism (15 Credits) Research Methods for Terrorism and Extremism (15 Credits) 120 credits comprising taught modules and IR5997 in Year 2. Note: IR5997 is ONLY available to students aiming to complete the programme in 2 years. To complete in THREE years, select: 60 credits in Year 1, this must include: Explaining Terrorism (15 Credits) Research Methods for Terrorism and Extremism (15 Credits) 60 credits in Year 2. 60 credits comprising IR5998 in Year 3 To complete in FOUR years, credits should be scheduled reasonably evenly across the time available. A minimum of 30 credits must be selected in every year of study. Explaining Terrorism (15 Credits) & Research Methods for Terrorism and Extremism (15 Credits) should be selected in the first year of study. At some point during their programme students must complete a further 90 taught credits (taking no more than a maximum of 60 taught credits in one academic year) and IR5998.
