All students must take:
- DI5099 Dissertation for MLitt Programme/s (60 credits)

Students who enter the programme with two Biblical Languages must take:
- DI5157 Classical Hebrew Readings (Semester 1) (30 credits)
- DI5156 Greek Readings (Semester 2) (30 credits)

Students who enter the programme with only Greek must must take the following sequence of modules:
- DI5153 Classical Hebrew 1 (Semester 1) (30 credits)
- DI5154 Classical Hebrew 2 (Semester 2) (30 credits)
- DI5156 Greek Readings (Semester 2) (30 credits)

Students who enter the programme with only Hebrew must take the following sequence of modules:
- DI5151 Koine Greek 1 (Semester 1) (30 credits)
- DI5152 Koine Greek 2 (Semester 2) (30 credits)
- DI5157 Classical Hebrew Readings (Semester 1) (30 credits)

The Head of School may permit a student to take up to 30 credits in a 5000-level module or modules offered by the School of Divinity or another School (by permission of the module coordinator), or a 30 credit 4000-level Biblical Studies module.
